1. Terms of use

SPC Tools provides a free online process capability calculator and a paid downloadable product, SPC Tools Pro. By using the website or the product you agree to these terms.

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Calculations follow published SPC formulas and are tested carefully, but you are responsible for verifying results before making quality, safety or business decisions based on them.

2. License (SPC Tools Pro)

• Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license for the purchaser and for internal use within the purchaser's company or organisation.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files outside your organisation, or offer them as part of another product or service.
• Updates to the version you bought are provided free of charge.

3. Purchases and payments

International orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax / VAT. Orders in Korea are sold through Kmong under Kmong's terms.

4. Refund policy

If SPC Tools Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will first try to help; if the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund. Refunds for orders through Kmong follow Kmong's refund rules.

5. Privacy

• Your data stays on your device. All calculations in the free calculator and in SPC Tools Pro run locally in your browser. Measurement data you enter is never sent to us or to any server.
• The free calculator stores your last input in your own browser (localStorage) so it is still there next time. You can clear it at any time with the "Clear" button or your browser settings.
• The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical request logs to deliver and secure the site.
• When you buy SPC Tools Pro, the reseller collects the information needed to process your order (name, email, payment details) under its own privacy policy. We receive your name and email to deliver the product and support you, and do not sell or share them.
